Order takeout or delivery from one of our qualifying restaurants between December 26, 2020 – April 30, 2021 showing your purchase totaling $50 or more* in one transaction and the date on your receipt.

CONFIRMATION
After submitting your photo, you will receive an email of receipt confirmation. Your $20 Digital Visa® Prepaid Card USD will be sent to you via email once it has been validated. Please allow 48 hours for processing. If you do not receive a confirmation of your submission, please email .
